Analisis Managemen Pondok Pesantren Roudlotusysyubban Dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Di Era Digital

Abstract

Management is important in an Islamic educational institution. However, in the digital era, management has its own challenges in implementation. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of the Roudlotusysyubban Islamic boarding school in facing challenges in the digital era. This research uses qualitative methods with a field research approach. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews and secondary data sources were obtained from books, journals, the internet and so on related to this research article. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing the data and then drawing a complete conclusion. The results of this research show that the management of the Roudlotsusysyubban Islamic boarding school in facing the digital era uses a management system, namely planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. In practice, there are driving factors such as the number of students and the running of the program. Meanwhile, constraining factors include lack of supporting facilities, lack of funding, and lack of competent human resources. Thus, improvements are needed in the management of the Roulodtusysyubban Islamic boarding school in facing the challenges of the digital Era.
